Episode Overview:

Every day before we present ourselves to the world we put on our metaphorical armour to protect us from anything that may harm us. Sometimes this “armour” does indeed help us get through the day, but sometimes that same amour can hold us back from thriving. We can feel so scared of being judged by others that instead of living our lives as we want, we decide to suffer in silence. There is a method that helps you to lower your defences and live a life where you are better able to express yourself freely. This method is often associated with children, but we can also use it to our benefit and that is play. We see play as a time to have fun, but it can also be a time to open up a little more. Playing lowers the stakes of everything because we see it as downtime, therefore we are more susceptible to be a little more ourselves.

In this episode, we discuss how play was brought here to make your life even better than it already is. We talk about helping companies and professionals level up their skills through improv. My only desire is to help people become the best versions of themselves through fun and entertainment.
