In 2025, we traveled thousands of miles, drank countless ounces of water, and turned thousands of professionals back into humans. If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when “serious work” meets “serious fun,” here is the breakdown of our year!

Humans We Practiced Play With (The Heart of the Mission)

This year, we practiced play with 5,251 humans.

  • 2,750 Keynote Attendees
  • 2,389 Workshop and Retreat Participants.

  • 112 Improv Students.

These 5,251 people may have arrived skeptical, but they stayed for connection, clarity, and the sheer relief of being allowed to make mistakes.

Sessions & Gatherings

We gathered people on purpose 105 times this year. That’s 105 rooms where the “professional mask” came off and the human curiosity came out.

The Skill Reps (The Serious Stuff)

It takes real practice to get into a “play” mindset. We put in nearly 200 reps of the skills that actually make work work:

  • Listening without fixing: A true superpower.

  • Supporting without rescuing: Letting others find their feet.

  • Letting go of control: Scary? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.

  • Recovering after mistakes: Because things will go sideways.

What People Took With Them

  • “I learned that mistakes are ok”
  • “I will listen twice as much as I talk.”
  • ” Play is good for adults”

Biggest Plot Twist

“Totally thought this was going to suck. Boy was I wrong.”

It turns out that openness usually arrives right after resistance. Whether it was 30 improv shows or 156 facilitated activities, the result was the same: people felt lighter, more open, and more connected.

Gary Also Did His Own Performing!

  • 30 improv shows

Looking Toward 2026…

In 2026, we aren’t chasing the hype. We are chasing:

  • Work shifts that stick.

  • Habits over moments.

  • Practice over hype.

Thank you for being part of our 2025 story. Let’s keep playing in 2026!
