Episode Overview:

Applied improv is a technique where you take concepts, ideas, and techniques from the world of improvisation and applying them to business or real life. Also, the more you do it the more you begin to see how it is taking shape in your life. Applied improv after so long becomes a sort of muscle memory that ever really leaves you once you begin. It can teach you to listen better, explain ideas better, and can help you change behaviors you are having difficulty with. In order to get the most out of your improv experience, you need to feel 3 things: stress-free, intrinsically motivated and want to do the activity. Applied improv can be very beneficial in all parts of your life.

In this episode, we talk about my ‘Breakthrough Play’ strategy, emotional intelligence, and all the ways Improv can keep life fun.
