Sleeping (when done correctly) is one of the easiest thing to do, yet we all struggle to get enough of it. Sleep is not just about going to dreamland; it’s more about giving your body a chance to recharge.  If you don’t expect your laptop to function for the full amount of time after a 50% charge why would you expect your body to. If you want to work hard and play harder you make time for 8-10 hours of rest. Here are a view compelling reasons:
  • You will you look better
  • You will have an easier time learning a subject
  • You will have a lower risk of getting into an sleep related auto accident.
