When burnout begins to happen, it’s already too late to stop it. The best thing to do is to start incorporating more technology-free breaks into your daily workday. Burnout is often on the horizon when you notice you are having a lack of motivation, you are frustrated with the very thing you loved before, and you see that the anger or sadness you have at work is affecting other parts of your life. Although burnout is impossible to prevent you can identify the signs quicker. When you are able to identify the signs quicker you can then do what needs to be done so that you can be on your way faster to a more productive workday.
