Episode Overview:

Ever had a problem with someone you thought would be impossible to fix? Ever thought about using play to fix this problem? Sounds crazy right, using play to help people deal with stressful situations has proven time and time again to make the workplace community better. When you use this technique people have better open and honest discussions about problems they are having, this is called proximal development. We are more open to understanding things when we experience them in play-like situations.

In this episode, I talk about how I teach adults to be more productive, more connected, and more joyful in their lives. And how I used play in the movement against racism and A-hole-ism.
