I’m really excited to share that I’ll be Emcee’ing TEDxSanDiego’s next mainstage event, and the theme couldn’t feel more aligned with the work I do.

The event is called JOY, and it’s happening on August 27, 2026 at 7:00pm at the David & Dorothea Garfield Theatre in La Jolla, CA.

Nine speakers will be taking the stage, each bringing a genuinely different lens to what joy means. From how we build belonging in our communities, to resilience, to rethinking what success actually looks like. It’s the kind of evening where you walk in curious and walk out with something that sticks with you for a while.

TEDxSanDiego has always been a space where ideas move people to action, and getting to help create that experience as Emcee is something I don’t take lightly. I can’t wait to be in the room with all of you.
