DisruptHR is a global movement with over 150 chapters worldwide, but each city brings its own flair. DisruptHR San Diego is a high-energy, TED-style event where bold thinkers challenge the status quo of people leadership, culture, work well-being, and organizational performance.
After several years of silence, DisruptHR 7.0 returns to San Diego on Thursday, April 23rd – revived, reimagined, and elevated into a full-scale community experience.
We’re bringing together human-centered people leaders, visionary HR professionals, culture creators, well-being advocates, and C-suite executives for a night designed to spark new thinking and real change in how we work and lead.
Hosted at Quartyard, one of San Diego’s most iconic, community-powered outdoor venues, this is designed to be a community experience, not just an event, intentionally built for meaningful relationship-building and fun with connection activities powered by Connection Crew by Covve.
From purpose-built spaces that make conversation feel natural to thoughtful networking, a curated music vibe, and great food and drinks, every detail is designed to bring people together.
